We supplied three ATEX rated VVF1s (Vessel Venting 'process' filters) in BS304 stainless steel, for a milled chocolate crumb feed line. These filters replaced three old Dustcheck VVF1s (mild steel) originally supplied back in 1997.

The new filters were made bespoke to suit the site conditions - the client had their own cleaning controllers so we supplied each VVF with a 2mt flying lead so they could wire back in themselves for the pulse cleaning sequencer.
