UK cake manufacturer
This customer is responsible for producing some of the UK's most well-known food brands. Its products include baking ingredients, soups and snacks, and cakes. The old dust collector on its cake baking line needed upgrading to ensure flour dust was effectively removed from the production line.
Filtermist specified, manufactured and installed a Dustcheck AirGuard 4 FS 'special' dust collector in 304 stainless steel. As flour dust is highly combustible, the unit was fitted with an explosion vent to comply with the ATEX Directives and DSEAR.
