VOC Abatement & Solvent Recovery Systems

Emissions to atmosphere of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) including solvents can be detrimental to the environment. VOCs must be effectively managed to ensure compliance with pollution control legislation including the European Community (EC) Directive 1999/13/EC and The Solvent Emissions Regulations (England and Wales) 2004.

Exposure to VOCs in internal production environments can have damaging effects on human health which is why VOCs are exhausted externally for abatement, or possibly recovery if above the prescribed emission limit.
